Praiki is a platform that facilitates skill exchanges between businesses and individual talent to raise productivity at little cost. We have growth verticals in FinTech, HR, management, and education.

About the Program

Business Systems for Success is a training course developed by Praiki. It combines three proven frameworks: the ILO’s Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB), the World Bank Business Edge, and the Frese Personal Initiative Training to equip trainees with practical knowledge and mental models to guide business owners towards innovation and growth.

• The program is free.
• Applicants who qualify to attend the training are paid the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Naira by our partner organisation.
• Successful trainees get a paid internship at a partner organisation in the subsequent 5 months.
